Accessing your email account in Gmail

  1. Login to your Gmail Account.
  2. In the top lefthand corner, open the Settings cog and choose Settings.

From the Settings Menu:

  1. Click Accounts and Import.
  2. Click 'Add a POP3 mail account you own".
  3. Enter your Email address.
  4. Click the Next button.

  1. Enter your full email address as the Username.
  2. Enter Password for your email account.
  3. Enter the POP Server. This will be your domain name preceded by "mail."
  4. Choose any additional options you may want
  5. Click the Add Account button.


Gmail Incoming Server

Outgoing Mail (SMTP)

  1. Choose " Yes, I want to be able to send mail as john@example.com".

Gmail Account Created

  1. Choose if you will use this address as an Alias

  1. Click the Add account button.
  2. Choose to send "Send through example.com SMTP server"
  3. Enter the SMTP Server. This will be your domain name preceded by "mail."
  4. Enter your full email address as the Username.
  5. Enter Password for your email account.
  6. Choose Port 25 (Non SSL) or 465 (SSL).
  7. Then Add Account.
