This article will assist you in troubleshooting problems with receiving email.

 Email Address Setup

Make sure that your specific email address has been created on the server, and that its mailbox is enabled. See the Server Setup section in the Email Troubleshooting - New Domains and DNS article to access your email setup guide.

 Mail Service Enabled

You should also verify that mail for your domain is enabled. It should be by default, but to verify this setting, please see Enable and Disable Mail.

 Forwarders and Aliases

Check for any email forwarders that you have set up. If you have a forwarder set up from one email account to another, but did not choose the option to leave a copy of the message in the original account, that address won't receive any messages.
